Welcome to the Limitless Lawyer Podcast. Unleashing purpose, power and potential for talented lawyers, attorneys and in-house counsel who want to be truly limitless in their lives and legal careers.

I'm Charlotte a Lawyer turned Executive Coach. In my work as an Executive & Leadership Coach for lawyers, I support legal talent from around the globe with creating more purposeful and effective ways of doing business and practicing the law. I work with lawyers and in-house counsel 1 to 1, and offer coaching to corporate legal teams.

My intention is to inspire the next generation of “lawyer leaders,” and play an incremental role in the shifting of the legal landscape into a new era.

I stand for:

  • More inclusive and human-centric law firms.
  • Law firm innovation.
  • The harnessing of legal tech.

The possibilities for the legal sector are limitless, if we choose to think freely, be bold and reimagine “law firm life” as it could (and should) be. As the late Steve Jobs said, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower”.
